The USAccess Mobile Credentialing Unit (MCU) v2.1 and Light Activation (LA) v5.1 installers and instructions are now available at

USAccess Release 15 was scheduled to be released on January 19-21, 2019, but the release was delayed due to the shutdown. The updates (LAS to 5.0 and MCU to 2.0) will be required within 1-2 weeks as these new versions address a security vulnerability.
