It appears that the below patch when installed on a Win7 or 8/8.1 client computer, will notify users that they can upgrade to Windows 10 once it is released. DOI recommends that we do not deploy patch3035583 through WSUS or SCCM at this time.
If you are an SCCM 2007 Tier 3 site, please do not deploy the patch. Tier 2 and 2.5 sites will not have this patch deployed.
