Since macOS Sierra was released, BUTST has been continually testing Sierra for compatibility with Centrify, BigFix (IEM), Symantec (SEP), and Pulse. While BUTST has ensured functionality, each site should test installation/upgrade and applications before putting Sierra into USGS production.
