FY15 A&A self-assessment Due

FY15 Science and Support System (S&SS) Activities
 
This message is to provide an update of activities involving the FY15 Science and Support System (S&SS).
 
In FY14, the S&SS Assets were not required to conduct a self-assessment in SharePoint so the focus could be placed on other Enterprise IT priorities. However, for FY15 each S&SS Asset will be required to perform their assessment for selected controls.
 
The FY15 self-assessment is being conducted in SharePoint this year for all S&SS Assets and will be due on July 10, 2015.  There are currently 76 controls and 163 objectives identified as being assessed this year.
 
In support of the FY15 IT Security Activities, the following three WebEx sessions have been scheduled to go over the self-assessment.  The intended audience for these WebEx sessions is Information System Security Officers and Asset Security Managers.
