Offers from BigFix (formerly IEM) were not made to all USGS sites and in some cases the baselines for offers did not contain all of the necessary June 2016 security updates. Consequently, mandatory server patching that was scheduled to start June 29th has been postponed.
Mandatory server patching will resume in July 2016.
Since it is possible that any BigFix baselines or offers you may have applied to your site were incomplete, you should ensure that your local patching process for servers is implemented for June and ensure ALL patches are applied in a timely manner.
Please be reminded that, as per the memo of June 27, 2016, the Microsoft security patch MS16-075 should not be installed until further notice.
