We have prepared your site for viewing/testing on eSP2013
We have loaded A COPY OF your SP2010 Collaboration Site into a eSP2013 TEST environment, where you will be able to view and test your sites functionality. This test environment will not affect your SP2010 production site
What does the site owner have to do?
Using the Remote Desktop Connection* please connect to one of the following systems below to test your Sharepoint site.

- Once logged in, open a browser and test your SharePoint site for functionality, errors, or compatibility issues. (first site load might take a bit)
Please email: GS-D EI Hosting Services SharePoint Team letting us know when you have completed your testing. If you encounter any errors or issues, please include the information in the email. If no response is received by November 18th, the migration team will assume that your site has no issues.
Migration Date and Timeline: November 28-30, 2016
Sunday November 27, 8pm ET, we will set the entire Collaboration SharePoint 2010 site to Read-Only.
- Monday November 28th, we will migrate the Collaboration Database to the SP2013 Environment. Due to the size and number of sites, we expect this to take upto 24 hours.
- Tuesday November 29th, we will verify the Collaboration database on SP2013 and complete the migration configuration settings.
- Our Goal is to have the site live in SharePoint 2013 November 30th.
