After installing the following Windows patches on Server 2008R2, geoprocessing service instances crash:
- 2018-01 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4056894)
- Cumulative security update for Internet Explorer (KB4056568)
- January 3, 2018 Security-Only Update (KB4056897)
