Systems running Windows 10 versions previous to feature update 1607 will need to be updated by June 30, 2017. Systems that are not updated by that date will have a feature update enforced in the July 2017 ePatching cycle. BWTST and the ePatching team would prefer feature updates be done at a local level and encourage sites to meet the June 30th deadline.
The preferred method for upgrading 1511 installs to 1607 is the SCCM application made available by DOI. The application can be found at \Software Library\Overview\Application Management\Applications\_DOI\Win10 Upgrades
If sites have to manually install the upgrade for any reason, please refer to the manual install instructions under the feature upgrade portion of the Windows 10 Install page.
Sites should not be running the feature upgrade from Windows Updates or from a manual download for any reason. Doing so will adversely affect McAfee.
