Monitor progress and completion

Back in the main IEM Console window, click Actions

Actions should be sorted by Time Issued.  Look at the % Complete column. This information will begin to update as the action runs.

Notice the Summary Tab in the Action details.  This shows that the computer has not yet checked in to receive this action assignment.

Under the Downloads section, the status of the files required by the action are listed.  The status should update to Cached on Server.  Submit a ticket to the USGS Servicedesk if you receive a download error or SHA1 mismatch error here.  Sometimes files must be manually cached once by a IEM admin.

Click the Computers Tab.  This shows the same information.

After the action runs the Status will update.  Notice the particular update in this example requires a reboot.
