Determine what fixlets are needed
The default view will show all available patches. To filter patches by Severity level Category, etc expand the Fixlets and Tasks hierarchy.
In the patch listing to the right, Click on a column heading to sort patches and right click on headings bar to add columns. The default Fixlet column headings are useful to sort by severity, applicable systems, etc.
Starting with patches with the highest severity which are needed by the largest number of systems is a good place to start.
