USAccess has released a hotfix to address the following issue:
USAccess is currently experiencing an issue with credential check-in, activation, and local print for some V8.1 cards. The issue affects the ability of credentialing sites to check-in cards in the Credential Inventory Tool (CIT), with operators receiving an error message of “Credential record was not found. Reference Code AAAAA”. Activations are also affected for some cards in the Personal Credential Assistant (PCA) application. The ability to locally print some V8.1 cards may also be unsuccessful or fail to bind after printing. This is due to a mismatch of the card serial number. Please note that this issue only affects some V8.1 cards with serial numbers beginning with 087507-2299-0000. This does not affect V7 cards, which have serial numbers that begin with 4820.
Sites are encouraged to update their LAS and MCUs from v7.0 to the patched hotfix version 8.1. Downloads can be found on the LAS page under https://tst.usgs.gov/applications/security/light-activation-kits/#downloads and the MCU section.
